All reservations are based on a specific vehicle category in case of not availability for a confirmed reservation. “RedRent Kokkinos Car Rental” reserves the right to offer a vehicle of similar or bigger category to the customer with no extra charge.

The booking deposit is not refundable for any reason.

The driver is required to have and display a valid driver’s license issued at least a year ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international driver’s license along with their regular driver’s license.

Traffic violations and fines are bore by the renter.

The renter can pay the reservation either by using a valid Credit / Debit Card or by using cash. The Rental is prepaid.

Cancelation within 48 hours before the delivery date: the company is obligated to return any amount paid in advance as a deposit, by the customer.

Cancelation within less than 48 hours: the company is NOT obligated to return any amount paid in advance as a deposit, by the customer.

It is free 24 hours a day.

The extra (2nd) driver is free. If concealed, the fine is € 100.

The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel upon collection, in the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refunds will be effected for vehicles returned with more fuel.

In case of an Accident the Renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and to present the Police Accident Report to the station upon return of the vehicle to the station. In case of an accident caused by the renter, he is charged with the payment of the entire qauntitative renter of the day / s of the vehicle.

Vehicles are insured against third parties for material damages and bodily injuries. Bodily injuries and material damages arise from driver’s fault are not covered from the insurance. In case of fault of the renter, the repair of the vehicle is charged.

Road assistance due to malfunction of vehicle is free 24 hours a day.

The Tenant must return the car clean. If biological cleaning is needed, there will be a charge of 50€.

The insurance coverage applies only when the renter has agreed upon the terms and conditions of the insurance. In addition, our company is allowed to call for a compensation for any damage to the car following the terms bellow:

·        When the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

·        If the car is used to tow another vehicle or heavy object.

·        If the car is driven off-road (e.g. Balos beach)

·        In case of any violation of the Greek Traffic Laws (e.g. STOP signs, speed limit, illegal U turns, illegal overtaking).

·        In case of any illegal parking.

·        In case of transportation of flammable or Illegal substances.

·        In case of an accident or damage to the car caused by the negligence of the renter.(e.g. dent on the hood or the roof of the car damage to the clutch.)
